I had chosen to work with Tom because he is a fellow Marine and had found him through the State Home Inspector website. From start to finish, Tom and Susan were exceptionally professional and as helpful as possible even after the inspection and I has some questions arise. After Tom completed the inspection he walked me through and explained what he had found and made sure every question I had was answered. The inspection report was very easy to read and understand as well as included photos I could useas a reference.
